Marty Majorowicz is a rising star in the Canadian music scene. Although he is young, he has enjoyed a diverse career including stints with the Canadian Forces and on cruise ships. Marty has been featured on CBC recordings with Tilo Paiz and has appeared at the Saskatoon Jazz Festival and the Revelstoke Blues and Beats Festival. Marty has shared the stage with Juno winners Hugh Fraser and Johnny V, saxophonist Lew Tabackin, and Grammy winning Cuban jazz pianist Chucho Valdes. A recent graduate of the BMus/BEd program at the University of Alberta, he maintains a busy schedule of performing and composing. Marty Majorowicz is one of the most talented and driven young musical artists I have had the pleasure of working with in many years. As a totally literate artist, he has the rare ability to participate in a vastly wide range of musical environments and participate in the most inspired manor.

The Momentum continues. Following the debut release of “The Way You See It”, the Jerrold Dubyk Quartet celebrates the release of their much anticipated second recording, “The Maverick”. Always versatile, Jerrold once again impresses with his soulful sound. Having pursued music studies with Ralph Bowen and performances with Victor Lewis, Terrell Stafford, Stanley Cowell, Conrad Herwig and many other distinguished musicians, Jerrold emerges with a vibrancy coloured by these influences.
